Abstract

The abstract of this paper focuses on the intricate relationship between environmental sustainability and economic policy. In recent years, the global community has recognized the urgent need to harmonize economic growth with environmental stewardship. This study examines how economic policies can be designed and implemented to promote environmental sustainability. It explores various strategies, including carbon pricing, green subsidies, and regulations, which are aimed at reducing pollution, conserving natural resources, and fostering a low-carbon economy. The analysis reveals that while economic policies can significantly impact environmental outcomes, it is crucial to consider the social, political, and cultural contexts in which they are applied. The paper concludes with a call for a holistic approach to policy-making that balances economic development with ecological integrity.
